Yesterday’s public apartment viewing at Kärrääjänkatu 10, organized by Sevas Kodit, attracted a great turnout! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and visitors had the opportunity to explore the available apartments as well as the shared facilities.

Sevas Kodit’s CEO, Sami Siikala, and our Quality Manager, Rami Rintamäki, served grilled sausages at the event. Our rental advisors and Property Director, Ville Viitala, guided visitors through the apartments and answered questions about living in the building and its services.

CEO Sami Siikala shared his thoughts on the event:

“There was a great mix of people, including both current residents and potential future tenants. While grilling sausages, we had the chance to chat with the residents, who told us they have been very happy in their new home. We also received valuable suggestions and ideas for future housing projects. Resident feedback is truly invaluable when planning ahead. Many visitors praised the apartments for their brightness and the beautiful views from the windows.”

The feedback from visitors was overwhelmingly positive. The well-designed layouts and efficient use of space were highly appreciated. One visitor summed it up perfectly: “There is so much space in such a small apartment!”

Thank you to everyone who attended – we look forward to seeing you at future viewings!

We are also excited to share that new Sevas Kodit rental apartments are being built in the Huhtala district at Piirintie 11, set for completion in December 2025. This development will feature 73 modern, comfortable, and functional homes spread across six floors, designed to suit individuals, couples, and families alike.

Stay tuned for more updates on these new homes and their progress!
