Our residential properties are located in different parts of the city of Seinäjoki.

All apartments are applied for with an apartment application.

The application can be filled in electronically on our website or by hand at our office at Matti Visannin kuja 10, 60100 Seinäjoki. When filling out an application, it is important to state your situation as accurately as possible. Housing is provided in accordance with the criteria of income, wealth and urgency of applicants.

After submitting the application, we will contact you immediately if we have an apartment to offer you.

The person accepted as a tenant must pay a security deposit using the pre-printed bank transfer form that accompanies the notification letter.

An alternative to the financial guarantee is KELA’s discretionary payment commitment, for which Sevas Kodit first gives instructions to the person accepted as a tenant on the amount of the payment commitment (not like the amount of the financial security).
