All apartments are applied for using a housing application.
You can complete the application electronically on our website. When filling in the application, it is important to describe your personal situation as accurately as possible. Apartments are offered based on the applicants’ income, assets, and urgency of need.
After you have submitted your application, we will contact you as soon as we have a suitable apartment to offer. The application is valid for three months at a time. You can extend the validity of your application by contacting us by email at vuokraus@sevas.fi or by calling +358 6 420 3311, option 1.

In addition, we offer student apartments in Seinäjoki in the Jouppi, city centre, and Uppa residential areas.
You may apply for student housing if you are a full-time student at an educational institution located in Seinäjoki or if you are coming to Seinäjoki for a work placement or internship. A student certificate or an official letter of acceptance must be attached to the application.
Other applicants may only be offered a fixed-term lease, for a maximum of one year, ending no later than 31 August. During the summer, apartments can be rented for 1–5 months.
Student housing is applied for using a student housing application. The apartments are mainly furnished shared apartments (shared units).
Pets are welcome in all student apartments except at Puskantie 38 T and in shared rooms.
