“Sevas Kodit Oy rewards long-term residents who have lived in the same Sevas apartment for more than 15 years, have fulfilled their obligations to the landlord without issues, and have set an example for other residents of the company.”

Criteria for compensation

The basis for the compensation is that the tenancy has been largely without issues. During the period of residence, no written warnings for disturbances have been issued. Rent payments are up to date. There have been no rent payment delays that have resulted in a written debt collection notice. The condition of the apartment may be inspected before compensation is granted. The apartment must be in such condition that, for example, the security deposit can be refunded. Normal wear and tear associated with living is permitted.

Forms of compensation

• Return of rental deposit
• Comprehensive cleaning of the apartment
