Application procedure

All apartments are applied for using a housing application.

You can fill in the application electronically on our website. When completing the application, it is important to describe your situation as accurately as possible. Apartments are offered based on applicants’ income, assets, and urgency.

After you have submitted the application, we will contact you immediately if we have an apartment to offer you. The application is valid for three months at a time. You can extend the validity of your application by notifying us either by email at vuokraus@sevas.fi
or by calling 06 420 3311, option 1.
