Looking for special housing?
Our special housing offers independent living for people who need additional support. The apartments are located close to services.
Most residents live independently, but assistance and support are available around the clock.
Applications for special housing are made through the Wellbeing Services County of South Ostrobothnia.
The equipment of the homes takes into account the needs of accessible living.
Our special housing units are located at Kuusikuja 34 (three apartments), Louhenkatu 2 (residential floors 1–2), and Risuviita 6.
Application procedure
All apartments are applied for using a housing application.
The application can be filled in electronically on our website. When filling in the application, it is important to describe your situation as accurately as possible. Apartments are offered based on applicants’ income, assets, and urgency.
After you have submitted the application, we will contact you immediately if we have an apartment to offer you. The application is valid for three months at a time. You can extend the validity of your application by notifying us either by email at vuokraus@sevas.fi or by calling 06 420 3311, option 1.
