The responsibilities of property management and technical property supervision include, among other things, managing the development, renovation, and refurbishment of properties.

Technical property managers guide and supervise property maintenance and upkeep. The overall maintenance of properties is carried out in cooperation with the maintenance companies of the housing sites.

Apartment-specific fault reports can be made most easily by submitting a FAULT REPORT directly to your building’s maintenance company.

You can also call the maintenance service; the number can be found on the notice board of your housing property.
