The sauna facilities, laundry room, and drying room are located on the ground floor of the building. Outdoor storage is also located on the ground floor. The apartments are unfurnished.
The property has 35 parking spaces with heating poles. Available parking spaces can be inquired from our customer service.
Water charges are not included in the rent. Sevas Kodit Oy bills for cold and hot water based on consumption, four times a year.
