We offer an online appointment booking service, which allows you to book a time for handling housing-related matters. The service is easy to use and is suitable for booking both office visits and phone appointments.

You can book an appointment, for example, when you need service for the following matters:
- For terminating or signing a lease at the office
- For rent payment matters, either at the office or by phone
- For advice related to housing disturbances by phone
- For other matters that require a phone appointment or an office visit

Please note that we do not handle matters related to applying for housing or housing inquiries via appointment booking.
You can easily book an appointment by following these instructions:
- Open the appointment booking service.
- Select the service you need an appointment for.
- Choose a suitable date and time.
- Fill in your contact details and briefly describe your matter.
- Approve the sharing of your personal data so the booking can be processed.
“Changes to your booking
If your plans change, you can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment via the booking confirmation you received, at the latest 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Please note that you cannot reply to the booking message. Rescheduling or cancellation must be done using the ‘Reschedule appointment’ button in the message.
We may contact you before your scheduled appointment if necessary.
