Processing of student housing applications for the autumn term will begin in June.
Please note that all applications submitted before June will only be processed once the processing period begins. Applications are not handled on a first-come, first-served basis before June; instead, all applicants will be treated equally when processing starts.
If you are applying for housing starting on 1 August or 1 September, we especially recommend that new students submit their application in early June so that it is included as soon as processing begins.
The apartments offered will mainly become available starting on 1 August or 1 September.
If you wish to live in a shared apartment with a friend, both applicants must submit separate student housing applications. Each applicant must indicate the name of the friend they wish to live with in their application. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all applicants will be placed in the same apartment, but we will do our best to take these wishes into account.
