The property’s heating system is controlled by building automation, so the heating can’t be turned on manually. It starts automatically when the outside temperature drops low enough.
The ventilation should be running continuously all year round. You shouldn’t turn it off, and you shouldn’t close, cover, or block the ventilation or air supply vents. Use extra ventilation when needed, like while cooking or using the sauna.
Apartments with an individual ventilation unit for each apartment:
- The ventilation unit must not be turned off. Exhaust and supply air vents must not be adjusted, closed, or covered.
Apartments where the supply air vents are on the exterior wall or above the windows:
- The exhaust fan must be running continuously, and the supply air vents must be open.
Apartments with an individual ventilation unit for each apartment:
- Exhaust and supply air vents must not be adjusted, closed, or covered.
-> The ventilation windows are meant only for quick airing. The windows shouldn’t be kept open all the time.
Parking spaces are meant only for residents who pay for them. Guest spots are for people visiting the property for a short time period.
We are starting intensive monitoring of unauthorized and incorrect parking in our parking areas, where we will pay attention to the use of unleased parking spaces.
