New homes will be completed on January 1, 2026, next to the Törnävä and Piiri areas, steeped in the history of Seinäjoki.

The rent includes an Elisa 50M internet connection (with Ethernet). Residents can choose to install their own Wi-Fi router if desired. Apartments do not have dishwashers (there is a 45 cm dishwasher provision) and come unfurnished. The property is non-smoking, and smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
