The rent for student apartments includes water, electricity, and internet. The exception is the Jouppilantie 15 property, where water and electricity must be paid for separately.

The Puskantie 38 T property has a laundry room, drying room, and sauna. Puskantie 38 Building E also has a sauna available for residents’ use.
Unfortunately, the number of mesh storage lockers available at the Puskantie 38 and Koulukatu 35 properties is limited. You can inquire about mesh storage lockers through our customer service, either by email at vuokraus@sevas.fi or by phone at 06 420 3311, option 1. If no mesh storage lockers are currently available, we will add you to a waiting list.
