Do all rental properties have apartment-specific storage units?
Yes, all standard rental apartments have apartment-specific storage units. Your storage unit number is the same as your apartment number.
There are shared storage spaces at the properties for outdoor equipment, baby strollers, and bicycles.
During the winter season, it’s best to keep bicycles in the bicycle storage areas, out of the way of snow clearing. Bicycles and similar items may not be stored in the stairwells.
What may not be stored in the storage spaces?
Items that pose a fire safety risk — such as mopeds, batteries, or fuels — may not be stored in the storage spaces. Storing any loose items in other shared spaces and storage areas is also prohibited. Sevas is not responsible for items that are disposed of after being left in places where they don’t belong.
When moving out, you must also empty and clean your storage unit. If items or mess are left in the storage unit, you will be charged for the removal of the items and for cleaning.
