Required attachments for students
We verify your study right, among other things, from the attachments you submit. You can add attachments to your application as soon as you have filled out the application, or later. However, it is advisable to keep your application attachments up to date so that you are ready to accept an apartment offer immediately when one is made to you. Often, certificates related to your studies can be downloaded as an electronic version from your educational institution’s student portal.
If you are applying for an apartment together with another applicant using the same application, study certificates from one applicant are sufficient.
Typically requested attachments:

- • Starting students: Letter of acceptance or results letter, if a certificate of attendance is not available.
- • Underage applicants: Fill and send us Guardian’s consent form
- As a student, you do not need to submit a separate income certificate, it is enough to record your income and assets on the housing application.
