Report of recurring housing disturbance
If your building experiences continuous violations of the house rules, such as excessive noise, a written housing disturbance report is submitted to the landlord. The report is made using the housing disturbance form.
The goal of a written housing disturbance report is to restore housing peace, residential comfort, and safety for all residents of the housing community. The report must include the individuals’ personal view and experience of the disturbance.
